I'm Caitlin Verdier — founder of ParentAble, Certified Neurodiversity Coach, and the parent of a neurodiverse child. For 15 years I've helped families in New York and beyond navigate the maze of ADHD, autism, anxiety, and complex neurodevelopmental needs. I trained under Douglas Maughan (LCMHC) and hold certifications accredited by IPHM, CMA, and CPD.But more than any credential, I've sat where you're sitting. I wrote this book because I needed it and it didn't exist.
